Gildardo Gutiérrez Méndez

Born in Guadalajara on March 15, 1982. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Tec of Monterrey) and has studies in Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School and Harvard Graduate School of Education. He also studied in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the China Europe International Business School. He has been a serial entrepreneur venturing in social enterprises. He has founded different education endeavors and he still serves in its Boards of Directors. He serves in the Board of Trustees of the National Hispanic Institute and other education entities in the United States. He is an active promoter of international liaisons and has led many initiatives for international education agreements. He was anchor and producer of “Imagen en la Educacion” and he is a regular guest in Telemundo and Univision for education topics.

He is currently researching on education at the McCourt School of Public Policy in Georgetown University. He also serves as President for the Mexican Business Council in Washington DC. (Asociacion de Empresarios Mexicanos).
